Our Policies

  • Rush Fees

    We implement a15% fee for 48 hour turnaround or less. Rush requests, however, are not always accepted by our team.

  • Changes In Service Notice

    We require a 30 day notice minimum for cancellation, addition or any/all changes to services.

  • Pause Clause

    If a client deliverable — such as input, approvals, or payment — is late more than 10 business days the project will be considered “on hold.” Once the deliverable is received and the project is re-activated it will be rescheduled based on Market House’s current workload and availability and may be subject to additional ‘un-pause fee’.

  • Zero Tolerance Abusive Behaviour And Language

    At Market House Ltd., we prioritize a positive and respectful environment. Abusive behaviour, including harassment and offensive language, is strictly prohibited. We retain the right to terminate contracts immediately, at our sole discretion, for any client engaging in such behaviour.

  • Late Payment Interest

    Invoices from Market House are due on receipt with a 30 day grace period. Unpaid balances after this period will accrue interest at 2% per month until settled in full. Non-payment may result in service suspension or contract termination.
